If your child will no longer be attending Montgomery Middle, please inform the school as soon as possible, so we could begin the proper withdrawing process and avoid delaying enrollment at the new school.

Parent/Caregiver MUST complete the Student Exit Confirmation Form.  You may call 619-662-8220 or come in person to the Counseling Center to complete the form.

• Textbooks, Library Reading Books
• Music Instrument – to music teacher, (if applicable)
