Registering a new 7th or 8th grader for 2024-2025

Please fill out the OLR /Household form so that we can create an Online Registration account for your child. After completing the form, we will email you in 2-4 weeks with your account information. Thank you!

Returning Mayans (8th Graders)

STEP 1: Complete the Online Registration Process – Campus Portal

Click on this link to complete the Online Registration (OLR). If you need a password reset, please email the school registrar mom.registrations@sweetwaterschools.org . Once your online application is approved you will receive an email of confirmation.

ONLY if you have moved you will need to complete step 2.

STEP 2: Complete Affidavit Form and Provide Proof of Residency

A. Download Affidavit Form: English Affidavit, Spanish Affidavit

B. Provide Proof of Residency (All utility bills must be dated within 60 days of enrollment/statement date)

Utility Bill: Gas & Electric https://myaccount.sdge.com/portal/LetterOfResidency,
Water, Cable TV, Internet, Trash or Sewer
Verification of Social Services
Pay Stubs

*No Generic Rental Contracts Are Accepted

*No Phone Bills Accepted

STEP 3: Email all forms to mom.registrations@sweetwaterschools.org
